Ever since having the Italian Wedding soup
I have been craving meatballs.
So for supper tonight, I made them from scratch!
I am not a fan of meat
but these were amazing.
I found the recipe here
I did a half portion of the recipe (since there are only two of us)
and used oregano instead of italian seasoning and basil instead of parsley.
I also did 1/2 cup of dried parmesan instead 1/4 cup of fresh.
Hubby said it was a lot of parmesan, but I disagree.
